East Kent urgent treatment centres

NHS Kent and Medway need your help to make urgent care services work better for people living in east Kent.

Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) are an integral part of urgent care. They help remove demand from emergency departments and provide access to services closer to home.

There are nine UTCs in east Kent, based at the following sites:

  • William Harvey Hospital, Ashford
  • Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate
  • Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Canterbury
  • Buckland Hospital, Dover
  • Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone
  • Victoria Memorial Hospital, Deal
  • Queen Victoria Hospital, Herne Bay
  • Faversham Medical Practice, Faversham
  • Estuary View Medical Centre, Whitstable

We would like to hear about your experiences of using UTCs in east Kent. We want to make sure patients have access to the right services, in the right place and we can focus on what matters most to you when accessing these services.

Please take part in our survey below about your most recent visit to a UTC. There is also an information board where you can tell us about your experiences. We will also be visiting UTCs and groups in east Kent to speak to people in person.

Get involved and have your say by Monday, 17 March at 9am.
