Do you, or someone you know, use a wheelchair, support equipment or technology-enabled care at home?

Do you or someone you know use a wheelchair or have equipment to help you live independently at home (such as beds, mattresses, commodes, walking aids)?

There is always room for improvement, which is why NHS Kent and Medway's engagement team would like to hear from you.

Although we received more than 100 responses to our online surveys in 2021 for both the wheelchair service and community equipment service, we would like to hear from more people who use these services across Kent and Medway
