West Kent Health and Care Partnership invites residents from the area to an online listening event. Join us on 28th November 6 – 8 pm. The meetings will be held on Zoom.
The partnership will hear your views on how we can make sure residents get the right care at the right time but also how we can encourage residents to look after themselves in a way that prevents ill health developing. The meetings are aimed at West Kent residents, patients, their families and community organisations. They will each be attended by a Medical Director for the Health and Care Partnership – local GPs who are leading on plans to improve local health and well being.
