NHS Kent and Medway need your help to make urgent care services work better for people living in east Kent. It is to review urgent care services to ensure they align with national standards and provide equitable access and provision.
As a member of staff working at an Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), your insights and experiences are invaluable. We want to hear your thoughts to help shape and improve urgent care services for both you and patients.
All of the feedback you share with us will be remain anonymous. Once it's been analysed, it will be included in a wider review of the UTCs across east Kent.
